A: Yes. All mugs are
lead & cadmium free, fired at high temperature, and comply with
FDA, LFGB, CA Prop 65, SOR/2016-175. Official test reports (SGS/BV/Intertek) are available.

Q: Can you customize mugs?
A: Yes. We support custom logo (print/emboss/engrave), shape, size, glaze color, handle, and packaging (color box/gift box).
4. Lead Time
Q: How long for samples and bulk orders?
A:
- Samples: 5–7 days (stock logo); 7–10 days (custom)
- Bulk order: 30–45 days after sample & deposit
- New mold: +10–15 days
5. Microwave & Dishwasher Safe
Q: Are mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
A: Yes. All standard mugs are
microwave safe & dishwasher safe with stable glaze and color fastness.
6. Quality Control
Q: How do you control quality?
A: Full QC inspection (raw material → semi-product → finished product). Defect rate <1%. We reject chips, pinholes, warping, uneven glaze.
7. Packaging & Breakage Rate
Q: What packaging do you use?
A: Individual bubble bag + foam tray + 5-layer carton. Breakage rate <0.5%. Free replacement for shipping damage.
8. Payment Terms
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T 30% deposit, balance against B/L copy; also L/C at sight, Trade Assurance.

A: FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, DDU. Main ports: Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen. Sea/air/express available.

Q: Can I get free samples?
A: Stock samples free (courier fee collect). Custom sample fee refundable after bulk order.
11. Third-Party Inspection
Q: Do you accept third-party inspection?
A: Yes. SGS, BV, Intertek or your QC are welcome before shipment.

A: Yes. Classic 11oz/15oz white/color mugs in stock for fast delivery (7–15 days).
